We are pleased to announce the launch of our new customer portal which is now available at
http://support.qbic.co.uk.
From this portal you will be able to submit support/sales tickets, view and search our knowledge base articles, view Helm user guides and movies, and view the status of our network.
You will also now be able to register on the portal. This will allow you to view all previously submitted tickets and reply directly from within the portal. Being registered will also remove the need to fill in a 'captcha' when submitting tickets.
This customer portal continues our commitment to provide fast efficient support to all our valued customers.
