To use ActiveSync on a mailbox you will first need to purchase this as an optional extra. To do this please:-
- Log into http://www.qbic.co.uk/members
- Select 'Hosting'
- Select 'Extra Features'
- From here you can purchase the required number of ActiveSync installations
Once purchased you will need to active ActiveSync on the required mailbox(es). To do please:-
- Log into http://www.qbic.co.uk/members
- Select 'Hosting'
- Select 'Hosted Domains'
- Click on the required domain
- Select 'Email Accounts (POP3)'
- Click on the required email account
- Tick the 'ActiveSync' box and click 'Save'
- ActiveSync is now activated and you can configure your handheld device
